Abstract & Registration

Abstract Submission and Participation Information

The abstract submission system is currently being prepared and will be available soon. The submission deadline is scheduled for December 31.

Authors will be asked to provide the following information through the online submission form:

  • Abstract Title
  • Author List Please list all authors in the following format: Last name, First name, Middle initial (Institution). The presenting author should be listed first, with one author entered per line.
  • Affiliations
  • Abstract (maximum 1,500 characters, approximately 250 words)
  • Presentation Preference (Oral or Poster Presentation)

The abstract submission form is currently under preparation and will be opened soon. We kindly ask prospective authors to stay tuned and prepare their submissions in advance.

Late-News Poster Presentations

In addition to the regular submission deadline, we plan to accept Late-News Poster Presentations until the end of February. This category is intended for recently completed research and emerging results that become available after the regular abstract submission deadline.

Social Events and Excursions

We strongly encourage all participants to consider joining the exciting social and scientific activities organized during the conference:

  • Welcome Reception (April 21)
  • Excursion to NARO Research Facilities and Ishigaki Vegetation Sites (April 23)
  • Conference Banquet (April 23)
  • Optional Iriomote Island Tour (April 25)

These events will provide excellent opportunities to network with colleagues, discuss the latest developments in Plasma Agriculture, and experience the unique natural environment of the Yaeyama Islands.

We look forward to welcoming researchers, students, and professionals from around the world to Ishigaki Island for stimulating scientific discussions and fruitful collaborations in the rapidly growing field of Plasma Agriculture.
